Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Use for the vipvip Platform

To open an account with vipvip, you must provide accurate and complete information. vipvip reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incomplete details at any time. The email address and phone number provided at registration must be valid, as important notifications will be sent through these channels.

Each individual is only entitled to one account manage. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited – doing so will result in all accounts being closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@vipvip.my.

• During registration, you must provide your name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number accurately.
• If your details change, update them via Account Settings or contact support.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Complete your KYC verification as soon as possible after registering — withdrawals will be restricted until this is done.

Minimum Age to Use vipvip 18 Years. This is a strict requirement that will not be relaxed under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Vipvip may request age verification at any time. If valid identification is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account will be suspended until it is provided.

It is your responsibility to verify whether online betting is legal under the laws of your country or region. vipvip does not provide legal advice in this regard.

Placing and accepting a bet on vipvip constitutes a binding agreement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error or exceptional circumstance.

Odds Rules: Odds displayed on vipvip update in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. If clearly erroneous odds are displayed due to a technical error (for example, decimal odds of 1000+ on any event), vipvip reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, the stake will be refunded. If a match is abandoned after it has started, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the standard rules of the sport.

Bet Limits: Each event and market has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed on the betslip. Limits are higher for major events.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• Use the cash-out feature at your own discretion where available — once a bet is cashed out, the final outcome of that bet no longer applies.
• Vipvip reserves the right to void any bet identified on a suspicious or manipulated event.
• Conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage) will be voided if detected.

Sport-Specific Rules to Know

Transactions on vipvip are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and selected bank transfers.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Minimum deposit ৳500. Maximum limits depend on your account tier and verification status.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Payments made through third parties are not accepted.
• There are no extra fees on deposits – every amount you send is credited to your account in full.

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Minimum withdrawal ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 24 hours. Additional processing time on the bank's end may apply.
• Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may require additional time for verification.

Vipvip regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on that offer's page. General bonus policies are outlined below.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person.
• To activate the welcome bonus, you must opt in within the specified time frame after making your first deposit.
• A wagering requirement of 30x generally applies to the Welcome Bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly – it becomes withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus use may be restricted to certain games or markets.
• Once a bonus has been credited to your account, it must be used within the specified period — it will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Vipvip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vipvip. Any one of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Match Fixing or Spot Fixing – Placing bets on a match outcome or specific event that has been pre-arranged.
• Arbitrage Betting – Placing bets on opposing outcomes across multiple accounts within the same event to guarantee a profit.
• Bonus Abuse – Placing bets artificially to meet bonus requirements, or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Money Laundering – Using the betting platform as a channel for illegal money laundering or fund transfers.
• Automated Software – Using bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to place bets.
• Selling or Renting Accounts – Allowing another person to use your account, or operating someone else's account on their behalf.
• Fraudulent Payment – Depositing using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

Vipvip may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• KYC information is incomplete or false.
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Direction from a legal authority.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email and your balance will remain secure – unless a breach of terms is confirmed. To appeal, contact support@vipvip.my.

Members may request account closure at any time. To receive any remaining balance, KYC verification must be in place.

Vipvip believes gaming should be enjoyable. That's why we offer a range of responsible gaming tools to help you stay in control of your betting.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake limit for each bet.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once losses reach a specified amount.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Options to take a break from betting, either temporarily or permanently.

If you believe a bet result or transaction is incorrect, please report it within Within 72 hours You must submit a detailed written complaint to support@vipvip.my. After that, resolution of the dispute may no longer be possible.

• When submitting a complaint by email, include your account number, the date and time of the incident, and a full description of what happened.
• Vipvip will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Complex cases may take up to 7 business days to investigate.
• Transactions may be temporarily held during an investigation.
• Decisions made by vipvip may be appealed — you may escalate to the licensing authority for a final ruling.

All disputes are first addressed through friendly discussion. vipvip wants every member to receive a fair resolution to their complaint.

Vipvip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, a notification will be sent to your registered email and the "Last Updated" date on this page will reflect the revision.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the licensing jurisdiction of vipvip.my. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority.
